Cooking Grass Fed Beef
One simple secret Grass fed beef needs to be cooked differently than regular commercial beef, because the consistency of the fat in grass fed beef is less watery. In order to maintain tenderness and juiciness, then most cuts need to be cooked slower, on lower heat. There are some exceptions to that rule, and or course, with hamburger it doesn't matter because tenderness is not an issue.
