The McNeil family ranch: Since 1897

We're Mike and Cathy McNeil, and we own and operate a ranch in Colorado's San Luis Valley that has been in Mike's family since the 1800's.

Mike is the 4th generation to live, work, or play on the ranch. Our daughter, Kelly, and our nephew, Michael Quintana are the 5th. Michael and his wife, Elizabeth's, children are the 6th generation on the ranch.

Conservation awards
We take our stewardship responsibilities very seriously, and strive to manage our operation in harmony with our neighbors, surroundings, wildlife, and environment.

In fact we have won numerous statewide and national conservation awards, including the Leopold Award, from Sand County Foundation, The Steward of the Land award from American Farmland Trust, and the National Wetlands Award from the Environmental Law Institute.

We're very proud of the work we've done to promote healthy wetlands and wildlife habitat as well as protect open space and agriculture.

It's that simple, we do our best to care for the people, the environment, and animals that we steward, and we believe that it is reflected in our products. We endeavor to extend that same level of care to our valued customers as well.
