Hamburger, Red Peppers, Ginger & Garlic
Ginger's healing properties in a delicious meal.
Name: Hamburger, Red Peppers, Ginger & Garlic
Description: Quick, easy, delicious, and healthy
Ingredients:
  • 1 Sleeve Diamond F Brand Grass Fed Hamburger
  • 3 Tbs. Olive oil.
  • 3 Large red peppers, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1/2 Cup ginger root, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 Large cloves garlic, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Heat olive oil in large skillet to medium high, add peppers and sauté until tender

Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 5 more minutes

Add Ground Beef, salt and pepper

Continue cooking until Hamburger is browned

Serves 4 to 6 people
