- 1 Sleeve Diamond F Brand Grass Fed Hamburger
- 3 Tbs. Olive oil.
- 3 Large red peppers, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 1/2 Cup ginger root, sliced into thin strips
- 4 Large cloves garlic, finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

| Directions: |
Heat olive oil in large skillet to medium high, add peppers and sauté until tender
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 5 more minutes
Add Ground Beef, salt and pepper
Continue cooking until Hamburger is browned
Serves 4 to 6 people |
