Elizabeth's Cube Steak Parmesan was rich, satisfying, and oh so delicious. Below is the 3rd place winning recipe:

Cube Steak Parmesan
Grass Fed and Healthy Cube Steak Recipe Contest 3rd Place winner.
Name: Cube Steak Parmesan
Description: With an Italian flair, Elizabeth's Cube Steak Parmesan melts in your mouth with savory goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Tbs. All purpose flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbs. Water
  • 1/3 Cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/3 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 Tbs. Vegetable oil
  • 4 Ounces beef Cube Steak
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Angel Hair Pasta
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  • In shallow dish stir together flour, salt, and pepper
  • In separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and water with a fork
  • In third bowl, or shallow dish, mix together the cracker crumbs, 1/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, and basil
  • Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat
  • Dredge the cube steaks in the seasoned flour
  • Dip into the egg mixture
  • Coat with cracker crumbs
  • Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased casserole dish
  • Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven


Meanwhile cook pasta and marinara sauce according to directions. Spoon partial sauce over steaks when the 25 minutes are up. Top each steak with mozzerall cheese and remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese in melted, and the sauce is hot. Serve over angel hair pasta and marinara sauce.
