| Ingredients: |
Braised Beef Short Ribs:
- 5 Pounds Diamond F grass fed beef short ribs
- One 12-ounce can of organic tomato sauce
- 1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Onion powder
- 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Cups water
Balsamic Vinegar reduction sauce
- 3 Cups basmic vinegar
- 1 Cup red wine

Braising short ribs
Reduced balsmic vinegar
- Place balsamic vinegar in sauce pan
- Add wine
- Simmer until volume is reduced by 1/2 or until syruppy
Spoon reduction sauce syrup over short ribs. Serve with steamed broccoli |
