Braised short ribs with balsamic vinegar reduction sauce
Tangy, zesty flavor.
Name: Braised short ribs with balsamic vinegar reduction sauce
Description: A delicious, slow cooked, winter meal
Ingredients: Braised Beef Short Ribs:

  • 5 Pounds Diamond F grass fed beef short ribs
  • One 12-ounce can of organic tomato sauce
  • 1 Cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Onion powder
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Cups water


Balsamic Vinegar reduction sauce


  • 3 Cups basmic vinegar
  • 1 Cup red wine
Directions: Braising short ribs


Reduced balsmic vinegar

  • Place balsamic vinegar in sauce pan
  • Add wine
  • Simmer until volume is reduced by 1/2 or until syruppy


Spoon reduction sauce syrup over short ribs.
Serve with steamed broccoli
