What we take* I can't emphasize enough how important I think supplements are! We are bombarded daily with a barrage of toxins in our environment and most of the commercial food supply. Not only that, farm soils have been depleted of minerals, microbes, and other vital nutrients, which in turn grow depleted foods. Because we all live in the modern world, we suggest you detoxify, and support your bodies daily with the use of certain supplements. I personally prefer Shaklee supplements. They buy only the purest ingredients and do thorough and comprehensive testing of all their products. They have been around for a very long time, and I have used their products for a long time. To me, my Shaklee supplements are worth every penny, and one of the last things I would ever cut from my budget. I don't take everything on the list all the time, and in fact no longer take some of the things on the list, but always maintain at least 2000mg (2 grams) of Vitamin C every day, and 4 a day of the Liver Dtx herbal supplement. Yes, we spend money on supplements, but thus far, the only medical expenses we've paid in over 20 years is for the medical insurance we've never used. There's no way I could recommend dosages for you on the web, but do your own research and trust yourself. *Please be sure to use your own judgement when taking supplements.
