If our bodies are allowed to function naturally, the way they're supposed to, there is no desire to eat when not hungry. But because of a large number of factors and influences in modern, American society, along with the Standard American Diet (SAD), most peoples' endocrine system, in the U.S., have been tricked into maintaining a constant, artificial hunger and yearning for food.

Our program is fun and enjoyable
You get to eat real food, in the truest sense of the word, and start enjoying meals again. You won't have to starve, fast, or adhere to any kind of fanaticism.

What you won't experience
You won't be counting calories, fat, or carbs! You'll just be eating real food, the way nature intended. You won't be controlling portion size. Your natural feeling of fullness will.
