Quick, easy, delicious, and only pennies per serving My friend Vikki turned me on to this recipe for any kind of tougher cut of steak. The brine that comes with the peppers works to tenderize the steak and the end product is absolutely delicious. Though this recipe takes a while to cook, the prep time is less than 5 minutes, or as much time as it takes to remove the steak from its plastic shrink wrap and open a jar of peppers. Vikki takes longer, as she cuts off the tops and de-veins them before mixing and cooking. - 2 Diamond F Brand Grass Fed Beef Round Steaks
- One 16 ounce jar of Peroncini pickled banana peppers

| Directions: |
- Place steak (can still be frozen) in crock pot
- empty entire contents of jar of Peperoncini peppers in crock pot
- Cook on low heat for 24 to 48 hours
If you don't have a crock pot you can use a large Dutch Oven on the stove top and cook at very low heat |
