Our Diamond F Brand ground beef is, of course, 100% grass fed and finished, free of added hormones or antibiotics, and pasture-raised, humanely with love and gratitude.

Ground beef is packaged in either 1.5 pound tubes, or 5 pound tubes. You can also get pre-made hamburger patties in boxes of 32 count patties, weighing 1/3 pound each.

We package our ground beef in 1.5 pound tubes rather than 1 pound for environmental reasons. By doing so we can use a third less packaging material, and we have found that our customers have no problem using the slightly larger tubes.
