These are as convenient as it gets yet they are healthy and the whole family always enjoys! Microwave, steam or bake them. Add salad greens and sliced avocado and you have a robust and healthy meal taking no more than ten minutes to prepare.

  • Tamales are hand-wrapped in corn husks then vaccuum-sealed in six-packs (6 tamales / package)

  • Burritos are individually wrapped in plastic wrapp then sealed in six-packs (6 burritos / package)
