Some people want more than just regular ground beef and prefer some of the higher end cuts for their hamburger.

So that you can have the finest in hamburger, we are offering Ground Round and Ground Sirloin Tip.

This hamburger is very lean and the taste is out of this world.

As always, our beef is:

100% grass fed and finished
free of added hormones and antibiotics
raised humanely with love and gratitude

We package our Specialty Ground Beef in 1.5 pound tubes rather than 1 pound for environmental reasons. By doing so we can use a third less packaging material and we have found that our customers have no problem using the slightly larger tubes.
