Cathy McNeil co-owns and operates with her husband, Mike, a 3100 acre cattle ranch in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, that has been in Mike’s family since 1897. Currently the McNeils raise and market 100% grass fed beef, free of added hormones and antibiotics.

Cathy also is in the process of writing a book detailing how she and Mike lost over 100 pounds between them when they switched from eating grain fed beef to grass fed beef. Members of Cathy’s web site, www.grassfedandhealthy.com, are able to access the chapters to her weight loss book as they are written.
