Things to avoid on our Pro Pro weight loss program

Weight loss principle 3: What you must avoid
In the intro to our weight loss program I mention that you don’t have to avoid any kinds of food, and you don’t. However, the things you must avoid are not food! They are fake, food-like, food stuffs, and they include:
- Fake fat
- HFCS
- Added hormones
- MSG
- Totally empty carbs
- Grain finished animal products
The only item on this list that is actually a food is the grain fed animal products. However, chickens and pigs do need a certain amount of grains, so what you really want to watch out for is grain fed beef, dairy, lamb, and buffalo.
And remember, just because it is certified organic does not mean that it is grass fed! There are many organically certified animals proucts that are fed organic grain in the same old confinement model!
